Mental health matters.
It’s time to bring awareness to taking care of oneself; taking part in self-care. It takes dedication to ones needs. It’s closing the eyes and asking, “what does my body need?” 🧐Maybe it’s rest, maybe it’s food or water, or maybe it’s some simple down time. 😴Maybe it’s a bubble bath, or a hug, or some space alone. 🤫
I had to dedicate time so that I could ask myself all the questions to ensure that I am okay within. ❤️ At my worst I couldn’t even remember to feed myself, so even if it sounds silly I would try it out yourself! Take one breath in and ask yourself, “what do you need right now?” “What do you need today?” And see what comes up. 🤗 I find once I ask myself, I usually realize that I’m thirsty and in need of water!💧
