Through my own life experiences I have decided I want to begin advocating for Mental Health by sharing my struggles, my success, and all the helpful tools I’ve learned in between. And of course my Art! With anxiety pulling me down, I came to paint this piece called “Hope and Fear.” I’m filled with hope, but there’s always fear and struggle lurking in the background. While the fight can sometimes be messy, hope always shines brighter than any shadows cast.

I hope you all like it and feel inspired to tackle your own anxiety or mental health issues, especially during these hard times we are all going through. Even reaching out to a close, trusted friend can make all the difference. I’m here with you all. ❤️💕🥰
